In addition to providing roadside assistance and recovery, we can cater for many other needs, for example assistance with sourcing taxis and hire vehicles. The day-to-day running of the breakdown service is in the hands of Miss Julie Allan who joined us in 2008. Miss Allan is also Operations Controller for Fred Henderson Limited.

The Breakdown/Recovery Service is a true 24-hour 365-day operation with a fully qualified controller on duty at all times. In addition, a minimum of three breakdown trucks and one recovery driver are constantly on call. During the working day this is increased to five breakdown trucks and two recovery drivers.
